2. What payment methods do you accept ?
Payments are in USD 
Paypal and Credit Card payment. If you have any payment queries, please contact us directy at info@itsheron.com. If payments are not fulfilled in 24hours, we have the right to cancel pre-orders.
 
3. When will my order arrive ?
Ready to ship stock will be dispatched via JNE (local) and EMS Post Indonesia (International). Estimated delivery within 2-8 working days depending on where in the world you are, Shipping is currently from Bali, Indonesia. If you purchase is pre-order, please refer to your invoice and online info for approximate dispatch date.
 
4. Will i have to pay duties / tax on receipt of goods ?
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which my be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes other fees will rest with the customer. But we will do our best to send the goods as sample to avoid any additional charges.
 
5. How can i track my order?
When your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email containing a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly track the progress of your order.
 
6. Where do you ship to ?
We do ship worldwide, if your country is not on our list please email us on info@itsheron.com, we will try our best to find a way to get it to you. And all Indonesia-wide order(s) are free shipping without min. purchase
 
7. What if the item i receive is damaged or faulty ?
All Heron products are hand made. Naturally, there’s going to be a variation with hand stitched garments, but we think that’s half the charm. We’re a bit fussy about fancy high standard and quality.  So, we’re pretty sure that won’t happen. However, if you do have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 24hours of receiving the goods at info@itsheron.com so we can review the matter.
 
8. How about colour ?
What you see is not always what you get. The computer screen or mobile phone that you look at our product on may not truly represent the actual colours that they are in real life. Even though we try to photograph them to capture the closest possible match sometimes there may be a slight variation.
 
9. What is your return policy ?
We accept exchange and return only under dire circumstances of unworn items, still tagged, returned within 10 days of delivery. Sale item is not returnable, exchange-able and refund-able. See more
